These Terms govern your use of Palora, operated by Webfluence. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Palora. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the information on your profile and for activity on your account. Keep your details accurate and do not impersonate anyone else.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behaviour includes harassment, nudity and sexual content, hate speech, spam, scams, solicitation, and any content involving minors. Content that sexualises a minor results in immediate termination and a report to the authorities — see our Child Safety Standards.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us the licence needed to store and display that content within Palora so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Moderation
Photos are automatically screened for adult and violent content before they can be shared, and messages are screened for abusive language. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
6. Translation
Palora provides automatic translation to help you communicate. Translations are generated by software and may not always be accurate. Use your judgement.
7. Safety tools
You can report and block any user at any time, from their profile, from any Moment, or from a conversation. We encourage you to use these tools whenever something is wrong.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or request deletion at https://palora-app.info/delete-your-palora-account/. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, chats, Moments and comments.
9. Disclaimer
Palora is provided “as is”. Features may change as we develop the app. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, though we work hard to keep the community safe. Always use good judgement when meeting anyone in person.
