These guidelines define what is and is not allowed on Palora. Everyone must accept them before creating or sharing any content. Breaking them can result in your content being removed and your account permanently terminated.

Be kind and respectful

Palora is for making genuine friends across cultures, practising languages, and meeting people. Treat everyone with respect, regardless of country, language, religion or background.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse (CSAE)

Palora is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content or behaviour that sexualises a minor is banned. It will be removed, the account permanently terminated, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Never share content involving minors. See our full Child Safety Standards.

No nudity or sexual content

Do not send, post or request nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexual services. Do not use Palora to solicit or offer paid companionship of any kind. Keep conversations appropriate.

No harassment, hate or threats

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, stalking, or discrimination of any kind are not allowed and will result in removal.

No spam, scams or solicitation

Do not spam, advertise, run scams, or ask other users for money. Report anyone who does.

Be yourself

Use your own photos and accurate information. Impersonating another person, or creating a profile that misrepresents who you are, is not allowed.

Reporting and enforcement

Every profile, Moment and conversation has Report and Block tools. Our safety team reviews reports and removes content and accounts that break these rules. Photos are automatically screened for adult and violent content, and messages for abusive language. Repeated or serious violations lead to a permanent ban.
