You can delete your Palora account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — you do not need to reinstall the app.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
- Open Palora and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you have already uninstalled Palora, email 21naren@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, date of birth, gender, languages, country and city, bio, interests, prompts and all optional details
- All of your photos and your cover photo
- Your conversations and the messages in them
- Your Moments (posts) and the comments on them
- Comments you left on other people’s Moments
- Your sign-in record (your Palora authentication account)
What we may keep, and why
We may retain a limited record of abuse reports and blocks after deletion. This is necessary for the safety of other users, to prevent fraud and ban evasion, and to meet our legal obligations. These records do not contain your profile or your photos.
